“As a Eucharistic Minister you are first and foremost a member of the body of Christ, one of the holy people of God. As a Eucharistic Minister, you are called on to serve the body of Christ,
the Church, as it performs its most important work — the Eucharist. Like all ministries, this is a great honor and a great responsibility. Eucharistic Ministers are called to grow in devotion
to the Mass, to the Church that celebrates it, and to the Lord, through whom, with whom
and in whom it can be done".
— Victoria M. Tufano
